Where We Deliver

We offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom. This includes Northern Ireland, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and The Scottish Islands. We offer a standard delivery service to British Forces Post Office addresses.

Our Express Delivery option is not available to certain locations. For more information please see the table below.

We ship within the UK only and we are unable to deliver orders outside of the UK apart from to BFPO addresses.

All European enquiries should be addressed to [email protected] and we will direct you to our appropriate distributor within that country.

Standard Delivery Order delivered within 5 working days from dispatch Cost £3.50
Express Delivery Order despatched the next working day. In order to qualify for Express Delivery, orders need to be placed before 1pm

BFPO:
Standard Delivery Orders delivered to BFPO London within 5 working days of dispatch.
Onward deliveries are handled by the military sort centre.

Please take note of the following:

  • All our postage costs are subject to a weight restriction of 2kg for small parcels. Larger orders will be subject to a higher postage cost which will be confirmed by us upon receipt of order.
  • Express Orders placed by 1pm, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), will be dispatched the following working day.
  • For all orders placed after 1pm we will endeavour to dispatch within 2 working days.
  • Working days are defined as Monday to Friday (this excludes public and bank holidays).
  • Standard Delivery will be through Royal Mail using 2nd class recorded delivery. Express Delivery parcels will be dispatched as 1st class recorded delivery.
  • If the recipient is not in when the carrier attempts delivery, they will leave a card instructing how you are able to collect your order.
  • Online orders offer the option to specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient.

PRICING

Our prices are listed in £Sterling for the UK.

PAYMENT

We are happy to dispatch your order once payment has been cleared. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

CANCELLATION

  • We will accept a written cancellation of your order within 24 hours of receipt of that order. Cancellation will not be accepted after this time.
  • Alterations to orders must be made in writing prior to the expiration of the iniitla 24 hour cancellation period.  If you wish to make additions to your order then we will endeavour to do so prior to dispatch. In some cases this may not be possible and therefore our delivery charges (detailed above) will therefore apply.
  • Claims for loss or damage to goods in transit will not be accepted unless the Cuccio At Home is advised within 48 hours of receipt of the goods in the case of a damage claim.  Cuccio At Home must be informed in writing within 14 days of the invoiced date in the case of loss.  Cuccio At Home will not comply with claims made outside these stated time limits.

Returned Goods

In cases where goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, Cuccio At Home may agree to accept their return pending the following conditions:

  • i)  A returns request must be made to Cuccio At Home within the initial 7 days of the receipt of goods. A returns authorisation number will be given and must be quoted on any accompanying documentation to aid processing.
  • ii)  Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • iii)  All refunds will be subject to a 10% handling charge on the overall purchase price and the cost of carriage will not be refunded.
  • iv)  Goods which are given free as part of a promotion or offer are not refundable or exchangeable unless the full offer is returned entirely intact in original form, subject to the normal conditions above.
